Housing Development
10 acres of the site was sold in 2004 to Persimmon Homes Ltd for the construction of 166 new houses. The development will be completed in June 2008 and comprises 1, 2 and 3 bed houses and bungalows. Under a partnership agreement 44 houses are let to local tenants of Broadland Housing association and 8 units are shared ownership managed by Flagship Housing Association.
