Earlham Early Years Centre - Capital Grant
NELM provided £500,000 capital funding for the refurbishment and rebuild of the Earlham Early Years Centre allowing them to expand their facilities and cater for wraparound care, conference facilities and a teaching kitchen.

Millview Capital Works - Capital Grant
NELM funded and worked through a partnership deal to rebuild and extend a wing of Millview Middle School which was completed and in use in May 2005. Primarily the area was for use by the Out of School Club programme and the school, but following school reorganisation it became available for use by the community during the school day and after club. The area has its own entrance and includes a purpose built state of the art sensory room, a commercial kitchen, wet and dry play areas, assisted WC, office and interactive whiteboard. It can also be separated into two rooms by a retractable wall which allow training to be held in one half and a creche simultaneously in the other.
Larkman Capital Works - Capital Grant
NELM designed and funded a capital works programme in one of the unused rooms at Larkman School for the Out of School Club programme. This room now comprises of a purpose built kitchen, Wet and Dry play areas, 2 store cupboards and its very own secure entrance. It is also used on occasions for childcare training and NVQ support mornings.
Fourways Community Centre
Based in the Larkman Estate on Stephenson Road, the Fourways Community Centre has been a place for community activities for many years. NELM has invested in repairs and upkeep of the Centre since 2003. It is currently the office base for West Norwich Partnership.
